In this lecture, Florence Ménard, managing director of The Vienna Academy of Visionary Art (VAVA), will introduce the emerging phenomenon of a global visionary art movement. The call of artists from around the world to render their visions in paint led her and her partner Laurence Caruana to co-create the Academy in September of 2013. Thanks to the rich variety of experienced artists who have come to teach at VAVA, a broad range of visionary techniques have been explored and developed. 

Florence Ménard is an artist and the co-founder, managing Director and Head of Communications at The Vienna Academy of Visionary Art. Her work will be on display during the House of Alchemy exhibit, from 9 - 15 May 2017.
